Yes—room-by-room photos with notes and maintenance recommendations when relevant.

Are your technicians trained for chemicals?

Yes. We test and balance properly, document readings, and follow label-compliant storage and PPE.

Do you handle drain & fill?

Yes—scheduled or as needed. We also do filter cleaning and swap schedules.

Maintenance & Repairs

Can you fix small issues during a clean?

Yes—basic handyman fixes on the spot with a brief note and photo. Larger items get a quote.

Do you do after-hours calls?

Yes—rates may vary by urgency and time of day.

Drone Media

What do I receive for drone shoots?

Edited photos and/or short video clips suitable for listings and social. We can also do roof/lot flyovers for basic inspection imagery.

Any weather or property restrictions?

Yes—safe wind/visibility is required, and we avoid flying over people. We’ll confirm constraints before scheduling.

How do you price?

Transparent rates with materials at cost + clear markup when applicable. Flat monthly options for STRs are available.
