We focus on water quality and filter maintenance—not equipment repair.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should hot tub water be tested?

For STRs with weekly turnovers, we recommend testing before every guest check-in. For lower occupancy, bi-weekly or weekly maintenance works.

Do you provide chemicals?

We can use your existing supply or coordinate chemical delivery. We'll discuss your preferred brands and restock process during onboarding.

What if the water is cloudy or won't balance?

We'll document it, perform a shock treatment if needed, and recommend next steps (filter replacement, full drain/refill, or equipment check).

Can you drain and refill the hot tub?

Not typically part of regular service, but we can coordinate it as a one-time or seasonal task. Most hot tubs need a full drain every 3-4 months.

Do you service hot tubs during winter?

Yes. Winter hot tub care includes freeze protection checks, higher chemical monitoring (due to temperature fluctuations), and extra attention to cover condition.

What if the hot tub equipment breaks?

We document the issue with photos and notes, then escalate to you or a hot tub repair vendor. We don't repair pumps/heaters, but we can coordinate service for you.
